Site Updates

16 September 2007: The main site has ben left for a while, as I've been working on the database. I've now updated the site design to match the database pages better. I've also updated a couple of very ancient pages that hadn't been touched for years.

28 January 2006: The new database section is live. Deleted the old Books and Recordings sections as these are now redundant. Deleted the PEL section as now out of date.

December 2005: I've been doing the usual regular updates as noted below but haven't bothered listing them.
I've just moved to another new provider. This one has scripting and database, and I'm working on a major update to the book and recording listings using those.
I'm cleaning out some old broken links. Where they are in archived files, I've changed the links to use square brackets [] so they aren't active and don't give 404s in the log when a robot follows them.

October 2004: Site moved to new provider.

2 January 2003: nMC dates added, 2002 calendar removed. PEL page added.

22 January 2002: Added nMC rehearsal dates for the next year to the diary and calendar. Removed Calendar 2001 from the menus, but the file is still there at [a href="calendar2001.html"]Calendar 2001[/a] if you want it.

26 December 2001: I took the HarmUni site pages off a while ago, and replaced them with a redirect page to harmuni.org which then points to the site for HarmUni 2.
I've just added the Calendar for 2003 and added more detail to the diary for 2003.

19 August 2001: Added the [a href="huprogramme.html"]HarmUni programme[/a]

5th June 2001: I have been doing various small updates since the con, but haven't got it all finished yet. I have just updated the HarmUni pages and added new pages, including one for the WorlDream project and a form for suggesting songs for it.

14th January 2001: Removed Calendar 2000 from the menus, but the file is still there at [a href="calendar2000.html"]Calendar 2000[/a] if you want it.

26th November 2000: Added Calendar 2002 and [a href="resources.html"]Other Web Resources[/a] pages. Added more detail to diary for 2002. Added Feedback form.

22nd October 2000: Added new nMC and Talis recordings, updated SWiGGLe travel details on Where WiGGLe page.

4th to 11th October 2000: Added Harmuni page, EARWiGGLe details,  various other meeting / convention updates.

20th May 2000: Copyright notice added to every page on the site. Sorry about this folks. Cix had this bright idea about new Terms and Conditions.

16th April 2000: Various minor tweaks. Added links to maps at streetmap.co.uk on the Where WiGGLe page.

23rd February 2000: Added con report by Chris Conway and link to Urban Tapestry's con report.

20th February 2000: Various post-con updates.

2nd February 2000: Change to menu layout, various minor updates.

18th January 2000: Added more detail of how to find the WiGGLe and Tun meetings on the "Where WiGGLe" page.

22nd December 1999: Went live with the new URL, www.filk.co.uk. Design changes and updates to navigation in 3rd level links. Added the [a href="booksnotes.html"]Books[/a] section (to 1994) and an initial version of the [a href="ukrecordings.html"]Tapes/CDs[/a] section. Added Calendar for [a href="calendar2001.html"]2001[/a]. Various miscellaneous changes.

30th November 1999: Diary updates. Added list of British filkers who have been guests at foreign conventions.
The diary, calendar, and upcoming meetings pages get updated at (hopefully) fairly frequent intervals, so I won't list them here every time I do a change.

3rd November 1999: Various updates to Diary and Calendar. Added links to Web sites of guests in the Past Conventions details.

28th October 1999: Updated diary and news pages.

17th October 1999: Added this updates page. Added [a href="calendar2000.html"]Calendar[/a] of events in Table format. Diary page updated.
